A credit card authorization for the amount of the first room night is required once a reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance will be charged automatically 40 days prior to arrival. A 30-day cancellation policy aplies to all reservations. If a reservation is canceled or changed withing 30 days of arrival, the full payment will be forfeited. The same policy aplies to no-shows.
