Visit to Carbonera School
LAPA RIOS
Young guests at Lapa Rios are invited to experience what it’s like to be a kid in one of the rural communities of Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula. During this approximately two-hour excursion, Lapa Rios youth will visit the local Escuela de Carbonera, just a few minutes from the Lodge. Depending on the classroom schedule, visitors can interact with students during recess, tour the school grounds, enjoy a snack together, and occasionally even participate in an impromptu mejenga soccer match.
